Had a great question in last week from Adil

He has been following us for a while but was a bit confused about what he should be doing to help himself

Which isn’t a surprise with the amount of videos and articles we have put out over the years

This is what he asked

I’m looking to increase my bowling speed what would be the best way to do this.

I can see if you join the inner circle you get access to all the exercises but how will I know which ones I need to do myself?

Will I be given guidance?

Just want a bit of clarity before I join.

Belting question from big Adil

So lets get into it

First up yep, you absolutely get guidance

Without it all the info in the world is pretty useless

What the inner circle guys get to start are 3 videos to watch and digest

The first video is showing how you self classify whether you are a hip or knee dom bowler, which is one of the most common questions we get sent

And once you know that you can follow the hip or knee dom programs

The next video is a self movement screen, so you can understand where the dysfunctions in your body are, and then whereabouts to go to help fixing this

And the last of the intro videos is teaching how to know where you lie on the static spring continuum, again so we can put you on the right course

If you are someone with natural spring it would be a waste of time to put you on a jump based program, and wasting time is not what we are about big fella

And once you have all the info about you then the different programs fit into place nicely

Of course we are on hand to answer questions and help you through it

It will change your game

Think differently
