It can be used in just about any lower body rehab, prehab, strength or hypertrophy program

We have just put 4 new programs in the Inner Circle for the SPP phase

2 different ones for hip dom bowlers

2 different ones for knee dom bowlers

And it works a treat for the knee dom

Its a doozer big fella, will have the quads screaming at you, as well as helping grove good ankle mobility  and pelvic control

We like to call that a bang for buck exercise
