We shared it across all the usual platforms and some of the comments were interesting

Would love to know the time frame on each of these changes.

Now this is always a good question

But there is no hard and fast rules

The 1-1 plan is set at a basic 12 weeks (3 months)

One of the guys in the pictures, Aman, said this

Mine took 3 months hardly to be honest!

March 2018 to June 2018 I was not even on one to one program back then just used the inner circle data and it helped….these guys are awesome !

Feel like I should have approached them much earlier

Now it took Aman 3 months as he was mad for it

Literally did everything we said to the letter

If he didn’t understand something he would ask, and definitely wanted to know the in’s and outs of everything

So 3 months is enough time to make a really good change here

On the other hand some people don’t get out of first gear

They get their initial assessment done but don’t even check the program, let alone start doing it

They want to get the results without doing the work

Despite seeing that we know exactly what we are doing, and have success doing it, they think there is a short cut or they know better

Maybe some listen to the story tellers out there who promise the world but cant deliver anything

Which is always a clue when you want to start anything

Check the success of the people you are going to

We know our 3 month process works

But we also cater for those guys who come onto the plan with an injury

Its not like after 3 months we you loose
