Do you Voodoo?

And this is one I’ve played around with for a while, and if im honest I should be using more often

 

It the voodoo floss, as pioneered by Kelly Starett

 

Its basically a heavy compression wrap that you put around a muscle group or structure to try and encourage the fascia to move more freely and helping range of motion and pain

As ever with all these things they are tools to used at the right time in the right way

 

But they can be very effective pre and post game
