Building awesome Anti rotational strength

We had some great feedback from the last article and video so here is another to add to your routine

to help build an iron trunk and avoid those side strain and back injuries

 

Do 3 sets of 3 steps out and in both sides

Concentrate on keep a box between shoulders and hips with no lagging

Dont rush, make it smooth and deliberate
