Add this exercise to build rotational strength

is getting pretty busy with 2020 starting

 

This is a quick message to show you a video of an exercise we

are getting great results from in helping the players back and trunk

stay healthy and injury free

Try and keep yourself as still as possible as your partner each side

tries to pull you one way for 3 seconds and then the other

Do this 3 times each side, rest for 60 secs and repeat 3 to 4 times

 

Add this to the end of your routine to twice a week and see how

you get on
